The hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and Christmas cookies, which was a nice touch. The location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
The staff was unresponsive to our requests, including getting extra towels and fixing our TV. The Christmas music played on repeat in the lobby was annoying and made it hard to relax.
